About Foursquare
The history of Foursquare Rums begins in 1926, when the Seale family began sourcing rum from Barbados distilleries, blending and bottling them. Eventually, they acquire other brands up until the mid-1990s, when Richard Seale, the fifth generation in the family business, worked alongside his father to renovate an abandoned sugar factory. Today, the Foursquare Rum Distillery’s output rivals that of its neighbor Mount Gay Rum.Foursquare Distillery, is situated in St. Philip, Barbados, is one of the steadfast supporters of Caribbean rum production. This particular release was created by 4th generation distiller Richard Seale (also known as the "Pappy of Rum"), as a tribute to an early period of rum production when it was transported in ex-sherry and port barrels.
About Rum
Rum history allegedly started in the Carribiens in the 17th century when they started to ferment and distill molasses, a byproduct of sugar production. Most of the Rum is aged in oak or ex-wine casks, giving its color and flavor.
We distinguish between 4 different Rum categories, where white or unaged rum is mainly used in cocktails, while dark, spiced, and añejo (aged) rum are mostly enjoyed neat.

Game of Thrones Whisky Set
About Game of Thrones Whisky Set
In honor of the seven Houses of Westeros, and the legendary Night’s Watch, this collection delivers rich flavors and brilliant illustrations sure to captivate true Game of Thrones fans. Crafted from 100% malted Scottish barley using unique production techniques these single malts are aged in a variety of oak casks.
Clynelish distillery’s landscape echoes the geography of House Tyrell’s green and fertile HighGarden home in the land of Westeros. This single malt has an underlying, complex combination of Highland and maritime notes, complemented by bursts of fresh tropical fruits that give way to a smooth vanilla character.
Representing House Greyjoy is a Talisker single malt truly fitting for House Greyjoy. This whisky is distilled on the shores of the Isle of Skye, one of the most remote and rugged areas of Scotland. House Baratheon is represented by Royal Lochnagar’s 12-Year-Old single malt, a regal balance of fruits and spices.
Capturing the House Stark is Dalwhinnie, one of the highest distilleries in Scotland that mirrors House Stark’s resiliency, strength and ability to thrive under the most frigid, extreme temperatures. House Targaryen is aptly paired with legendary Scotch house Cardhu. Scotland's own mother of dragons, the rebellious Helen Cumming, trail-blazed the success in making Cardhu one of the most iconic names in Scotch.
Representing House Lannister, Lagavulin is the embodiment of the meticulous calculation and tenacity employed by the Lannister’s in their rise to conquer the Iron Throne. This Lagavulin 9 year is a roaring single malt that recalls the Lannisters' riches and is best served neat or with a single drop of water.
Paired with House Tully is The Singleton of Glendullan. The power of water flows through both House Tully and The Singleton of Glendullan Select. It is decorated with a jumping trout, the sigil of House Tully.
The Night’s Watch: Oban The Oban distillery sits beneath the steep cliff that overlooks the bay in the frontier between the western Highlands and the Islands of Scotland, just as Castle Black —home of The Night’s Watch— sits between Westeros and the lands beyond The Wall.

About Scotch
Scotch is the most popular whisky in the world and is considered the king of them all! There are five whisky regions in Scotland (six if you count the not officially recognized Islands), and each of them pro duces spirits with unique properties and distinct tasting notes. (The type of grain used determents the type of the scotch.)
Malt whisky is made of malted barley, and grain whisky uses other grains like corn or wheat. Most of the time, a whisky is blended from different distilleries hence the name blended scotch, but if a malt whisky is produced in a single distillery, we get something extraordinary called a single malt.

Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon 2019 Edition
About Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon 2019 Edition
Garrison Brothers Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from organic corn, wheat and barley. "We get about 30,000 pounds of corn, wheat and barley delivered a month," says Garrison. "The wheat comes from our own fields — we have 65 acres of wheat on the other side of the property."In addition, the corn is harvested from local fields in Texas while the barley is sourced from the Pacific Northwest.
Once the grains arrive at the distillery, they are milled and mashed before being fermented for four days. Following fermentation, the wash is distilled through an antique, copper pot still nicknamed the copper cowgirl. "She was made as an experimental still," says Garrison, "for Wild Turkey Distillery." After the bourbon has been distilled, it is aged in charred, American oak barrels. "The char softens the wood, and allows the bourbon to expand into the wood. When it gets hot — and it gets hot out here in Texas — that bourbon will soak deep into the wood and extract the chemical compounds that are in there."
This 2019 Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon clocks in at a high-octane 137.7 proof. It is drawn from the distillery team’s favorite barrels, which were set aside for a couple of years for further maturation. The liquid is bottled at cask-strength, uncut and unfiltered. Each barrel used in this 2019 release was aged up to five years.
“It takes a special barrel to create a bourbon nectar sweet enough to be enjoyed at such a high proof, the potency normally overpowers the flavor. That ain’t the case with the Cowboy – it’s so sweet, the flavor overpowers its proof. And you can thank the Texas heat for that” (Garrison Brothers Distillery).

In 2013, Dan Garrison unveiled a secret stock of barrels which he’d been hiding away at the distillery for several years. According to Dan, these were the ten best barrels he’d ever tasted at Garrison Brothers Distillery, and he decided to bottle them together as a special release: Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon. The bourbon — which was uncut and unfiltered, coming in at an astounding 136 proof — was limited to only 600 bottles, and immediately won myriad accolades including Jim Murray’s “Micro Whisky of the Year”. Now, for the first time since 2013, Garrison Brothers Distillery is releasing another Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon, aged twice as long and this time with just 3,750 bottles available nationwide.
The oldest bourbon ever produced in Texas, Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon Barrel Proof Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey has a bright mahogany color and aroma of burnt sugar, caramel and baking spices. Glen Breton Rare 19 Year Old Single Malt Whiskey
About Glen Breton Rare 19 Year Old Single Malt Whiskey
For starters, their whisky harnesses the pure water that flows from the Mabou Highlands, where it flows over granite, marble, and maple and apple tree roots. First, the harvested barley is brought into the distillery, soaked, and allowed to germinate. Next, it is transferred into a kiln building, where smoke and heat halt the germination process, making it ready to be ground and soaked in hot water that dissolves the sugar. Yeast is added to the cooled wort, bringing the alcohol content to 9% ABV. Finally, the liquid is distilled twice using copper pot stills. The new make spirit is then aged in oak casks in the warehouse, surrounded by apple and maple trees for at least 3 years.
Their flagship Rare lineup of whiskies started with the 8 Year Old in 2000, with the oldest expression reaching 30 years of age. Glen Breton Rare 19 Year Old has spent 14 years in hand-picked American oak casks before being bottled at 86 proof. Rich and complex, the expression has won a Bronze Medal at the New York International Spirits Competition for its richness and complexity with notes of citrus, pine, honey, hazelnut, and gentle smoke.

Glen Garioch 37 Year Old Bicentenary 200th Anniversary Edition
About Glen Garioch 37 Year Old Bicentenary 200th Anniversary Edition
Glen Garioch Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from barley harvested from the Valley of the Garioch. After the barley has been harvested, it is mashed and fermented with water drawn from the Silent Spring. In 1968, production of whisky at Glen Garioch Distillery was suspended as the area surrounding the distillery experienced a severe drought. Four years later, an incredibly pure spring was discovered upon a neighborhooding farm. The Silent Spring, as it came to be known, could neither be seen nor heard without modern instruments, and has been Glen Garioch's water source for over four decades. Once the barley has been fermented, it is distilled twice — first through Glen Garioch copper-pot wash still and then again through its spirit still.
This gorgeous golden dram was released in honor of the 200 year anniversary of the distillery. That happened on the same day that the reopening did. Only 200 fit-for-celebration bottles were ever made. It’s rare and highly in-demand.
You’ll do your collection a huge favor by grabbing this one for yourself!
About Glen Garioch

About Glen Moray
In its first life, Glen Moray was the Elgin West Brewery, until the end of the 19th century, when the brewery was reincarnated as the iconic Speyside distillery. Glen Moray was founded by Robert Thorne & Sons. Situated on the banks of River Lossie, in the Royal Burgh of Elgin, the first spirit dropped from the copper pot stills on the 13th of September 1897. There have only been five Master Distillers since then, which is a testament to their authenticity, and reputation for producing consistent, quality spirit. This pristine craftsmanship has been passed down through generations. With over a century of tradition, not much has changed at the iconic Speyside distillery. They continue to mature their whiskies in a wide array of casks, a technique which was once a rarity. Their whisky ages onsite in casks ranging from sherry and chardonnay to port, yielding an impressive spectrum of aromas and flavors.
After a brief pause in production during WWII, Glen Moray revamped their facilities and expanded, and the distillery is currently owned by French spirits company La Martiniquaise. Graham Coull is the fifth master distiller at Glen Moray. At the helm of the operation, he oversees all of the production that goes into their signature core range, featuring nine single malts.

About Glendalough
Glendalough is an idyllic little town in eastern Ireland. Gaelic for "valley of two lakes," it was said to have been founded by a man named Saint Cóemgen—also known as Saint Kevin. The Glendalough Distillery, Ireland’s first new craft distillery, was set up by five friends from Wicklow and Dublin with a deep passion for reviving the heritage of craft distilling in Ireland. The 18th & 19th centuries there were the glory days of the Irish whiskey industry, with over 200 licensed distilleries in all of Ireland. There were also countless unlicensed distilleries at the time, producing diverse styles of poitín, whiskey, gin and even absinthe. But through a series of unfortunate events, the Irish Whiskey Industry dried to a trickle in the 1970’s.
Glendalough Distillery is part of a revival of this Irish heritage. Their philosophy is "to make innovative spirits while staying true to the tradition and heritage of our ancestors." Glendalough started out making poitín - the traditional Irish distillate made in small pot stills. From there they seamlessly transitioned to whiskey production, and most recently, seasonal, wild botanical gins. All of their production is handmade.
About Irish Whiskey
Contrary to popular belief that Scots invented whisk(e)y, Irish whiskey was mentioned almost a century before its Scottish brother.
Its origin comes from the perfume distilling monks who decided to tweak the recipe a bit, creating Irish whiskey.
Irish whiskey doesn’t have a lot of rules and regulations to be considered “pure” and can be made with various grains and processes, as long as it is aged for at least three years in wooden casks and has a max ABV of 94.8%.

Glenfarclas 1972 Family Cask No. 3551 Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Glenfarclas 21 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
About Glenfarclas 21 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Glenfarclas 21 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from freshly harvested barley, which is steeped in water sourced from the heather-clad slopes of the Ben Rinnes mountain. The crystal-clear spring water, which cascades down the 3,000-foot mountain through peat and granite, is the lifeblood of the Glenfarclas Distillery. After the barley is malted, it is milled and mashed before being fermented using 100% cultured distiller's yeast. The wash — the liquid that remains after fermentation — is then distilled twice through Glenfarclas's copper-pot stills. While most distilleries use steam-powered stills (because they are more efficient and preserve the lifespan of the still), Glenfarclas Distillery continues to use traditional direct-heated stills in order to preserve the traditional flavors of the whisky. After distillation, the heads and tails (the whisky produced at the beginning and end of the distillation process) are discarded, and only about 15% of the distillate — the heart of hearts — is preserved for maturation.
Glenfarclas 21 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is matured for 21 years in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and ex-sherry casks (the sherry casks had previously matured Oloroso and Fino sherry in Seville, Spain). As a result, the single malt has an aroma of butterscotch and dried fruits, which gives way to full-bodied and rounded notes of chocolate, cherries and a touch of smoke and honey. The lingering finish has hints of toffee and caramel.
Glenfarclas 21 YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky earned a score of 95 points at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge in 2013, and was rated "extraordinary."

About Glenfarclas
Situated on the Recherlich Farm in the Speyside region of Scotland, Glenfarclas Distillery was founded in 1836 by Robert Hay, a tenant farmer. In 1865, John Grant purchased the distillery from Hay for £511. Grant was a cattle breeder at the time, and was looking for a staging post between his farm in Glenlivet and the commercial market situated in Elgin. When Grant passed away in 1889, he left the estate to his son George. George died shortly thereafter and his children, also named George and John Grant, took control of the distillery. After saving the distillery from the brink of bankruptcy, the Grant Brothers modernized and expanded the operations such that in May 1912, a rival distiller wrote: "of all the whiskies, malt is king — of all the kings, Glenfarclas reigns supreme."
Today, George S. Grant — the great-great-great grandson of a cattle farmer — represents the sixth generation of Grants that own and manage the Glenfarclas Distillery, one of the last remaining independent distilleries in Scotland.

About Scotch
Scotch is the most popular whisky in the world and is considered the king of them all! There are five whisky regions in Scotland (six if you count the not officially recognized Islands), and each of them produces spirits with unique properties and distinct tasting notes.

Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Gran Reserva Chinese New Year 2022 Single Malt Scotch Whisky
About Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Gran Reserva Chinese New Year 2022 Single Malt Scotch Whisky
In 1886, William Grant, along with the help of his nine children and a single stone mason, began construction of the Glenfiddich Distillery, situated in the Speyside region of Scotland. After a year of hard labor, the first drop of whisky fell from the distillery's copper-pot stills on Christmas Day 1887. Today, Grant's passion, determination, and pioneering spirit continue to guide Glenfiddich Distillery, which is stewarded by the fifth generation of the Grant family.Glenfiddich Single Malt Scotch is made exclusively from malted barley, which is milled and mashed with water sourced from Robbie Dhu spring. The crystal clear spring water, which is bottled directly at the source, is incredibly pure — the distillery purchased 1,200 acres around the spring decades ago in order to protect its unique water supply. After the barley has been mashed, it is fermented in wooden fermentation tanks made of Douglas Fir. While wooden fermentation tanks are more expensive and difficult to maintain as compared to stainless steel tanks, they absorb a portion of the heat generated during fermentation, and thus, enable a slower and longer fermentation process. Following fermentation, the wash is twice-distilled through Glenfiddich's copper-pot stills (the distillery employs a craftsman onsite to tend to the stills, which are unique in shape and size) before the heart of the distillate is cut and prepared for maturation.
Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Gran Reserva Single Malt Scotch Whisky is matured for 21 years in traditional oak casks. After its initial maturation, the whisky is double-barreled, or finished, for an additional four months in casks that were previously used to mature Caribbean rum. As a result of this finishing process, the whisky has a dark golden color, along with an aroma of figs, bananas, toffee, and new leather. The aroma gives way to notes of pepper, oak, citrus, ginger, and spices on the palate, and leads to a long, warming finish. The whisky earned the Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2010, 2011, and 2013, and earned a score of 93 points from th e Beverage Testing Institute.
This special-edition release of the 21-year-old whisky is the third and final of the Chinese New Year trilogy. Designed by illustrator Rlon Wang, the latest release features the iconic Glenfiddich stag along with festive graphics (Chinese lion, lanterns, lotus flowers, phoenix) that symbolize prosperity, wealth, and longevity in the coming year.

About Glenglassaugh
Eager to satisfy the growing demand for high-quality whisky from customers at his grocery store, James Moir established the Glenglassaugh Distillery in 1875. At the time, it was commonplace for store owners to distill or blend their own whisky (a store owner by the name of Johnnie Walker began blending whisky in the 1830s for his own customers). The location of Glenglassaugh Distillery — it is situated on the outskirts of Banffshire in the Highlands region of Scotland — was chosen because it offered ready access to an incredibly clean and pure water supply: Glassaugh Springs. In addition, the area is surrounded by fields of ripe, plump barley that are ideal for distillation. For over a hundred years, the Glenglassaugh Distillery operated at its original site, producing single malt whiskies that were best known for their starring roles in renowned blended Scotch whiskies, including Cutty Sark and the Famous Grouse. In 1986, however, production at the distillery ceased, and would not be restarted until 2008, when new owners took over Glenglassaugh. While the distillery is again producing new whisky, the new owners discovered they had purchased quite a bit more than the famous distillery itself: the purchase also included a cache of some 400 casks of aging Glenglassau gh Single Malt whisky, each more than twenty years old.
